High Visibility Winter Softshell Jacket

The ultimate in comfort and breath-ability for a hi-vis winter jacket.  The softshell outer fabric provides water-repellent barrier while still allowing perspiration to escape.  Made out of flexible material that allows some “give” in the shoulders and arms.  Insulation provides warmth on a day up to -27 Celsius.  This is a great jacket with many features at an excellent price.
